Medication assistance

Administration of medication is useful when an individual is becoming confused as to whether they have take their tablets. Saffron Support come in and talk through the client’s concerns, write up a care plan and create a Medication Administration Record chart (MAR chart.)

The staff members check the MAR chart agains the original boxes supplies by the pharmacy or GP and then give / administer the tablets. This gives the family and client peace of mind and less worry about their medication, as it has all been taken care of.
